05 · Short-term rentals

What does Page require for a short-term rental?

Page requires a separate annual license for each dwelling used as a short-term rental. The City lists a September 1, 2026 start and a grace period through December 15, 2026. The adopted schedule lists $230 for the initial license and $230 for annual renewal. Have an Arizona TPT license, $500,000 in liability coverage and a 24-hour emergency contact who can arrive within an hour when requested by public safety.

Next step: Use the City application instructions. Notify nearby residences before first renting, include the City license number in advertisements, and file the insurance and notification attestation within 30 days after issuance.
